Unfortunately, at this time, Redefine Canine is unable to take in returns for any of our dog accessories. Though this may be difficult for many customers, the reality that this is a new, small business does not give us much opportunity for error. Hopefully, at a future time, we will be able to facilitate returns, but right now, that will not be possible.
